The Taj Mahal of Agra in India is famous in one of the eight wonders of the world, it is a symbol of true love. In the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, the famous Taj Mahal was built by Mughal King Shah Jahan. The beauty and grandeur of Taj Mahal's architecture is inexplicable. It was called the most beautiful monument built by the Mughal rulers and it represents the extremist architecture of Mughal architecture. It is an example of how deeply a man used to love his wife, that when he was not in this world, he still had memories of that man and then he ensured that this memory would never be able to erase. This person was none other but the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, who used to love his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal in the world. Mumtaz was a Muslim Persian princess whose name was Arjumand Banu Begum before his marriage.

He was the son of the great grandson of Mughal emperor Jahangir and Akbar. At the age of 14, he met Mumtaz and began to love him. Five years later in 1612, they married

Mumtaz Mahal was an inseparable part of Shah Jahan, died in 1631, while giving birth to their 14th child. Shah Jahan built a magnificent monument in the form of a tribute, it was built in the memory of his beloved wife, whom we today know as "Tajmahal". Construction of Taj Mahal started in the year 1631. 

The demand for castle, stone cutters, inlayers, caravans, painters, calligraphists, domed and other artisans from entire empire and from Central Asia and Iran, and to make what we see in this symbol of love today. It took about 22 years in. The services of 22,000 workers and 1,000 elephants were used to make it. 

This monument is completely made of white marble, which was brought from all over India and Central Asia. After the expenditure of approximately 32 million rupees, the Taj Mahal was finally completed in 1653.

Immediately after the completion of the Taj Mahal, Shah Jahan was removed from the post of his only son Aurangzeb, and he was taken captive near Agra Fort. It is said, Shah Jahan himself lies in this tomb with his wife. Moving history forward, in the late 19th century, British Viceroy Lord Curzon ordered a comprehensive restoration project which was completed in 1908, which was lost during the Indian Revolt of 1857. 

British soldiers and government officials tried to defile the crown, who had tampered with the precious and bright blue stone of the walls of the monument of its sanctity. Apart from this, the British-style gardens that we all look around in the Taj today enhance the beauty of the crown, it was made almost once again. Regardless of the prevailing disputes, despite the past and current threats from Indo-Pak war and environmental pollution, this symbol of love is constantly attracting people from its glow throughout the world.

The main center of the complex is the tomb structure, it is completely built with white marble, its beauty lies in the symmetry of its architecture. At one end of the complex, at a height of 50 meters above the river level, is the structure located on a square intersection, made of white marble. The grave is built by itself in four symmetrical minarets which is located in the center. 

There is a 55 meter square structure on the basis of the sides measuring the Taj Mahal, Minar Tomb is spread over 41.75 meters from the wall and its height is 39.62 meters. The main building has a blanket central dome, 18.28 meters in diameter and 73 meters height. .

The dome is made above the building, above the cylindrical base, 7 meters high. At the top this lotus has been decorated with shape and in the end the Islamic half moon has a golden water, which is the top. The spherical and gorgeous aspect of the central dome is emphasized by the inclusion of small dome of both sides in the form of umbrellas, there is also gold in it.
